The round also saw participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, Merisis Venture Fund and Stride Ventures.<\/p>\n

The company said the fresh capital will be used to deepen expansion across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, while entering high-density office, residential and transit-led micro-markets where affordable premium coffee remains underserved.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2022 by Abhijeet Anand, abcoffee currently operates more than 90 outlets designed around fast daily coffee consumption rather than traditional caf\u00e9 dwell-time models.<\/p>\n

The startup said revenue doubled year-on-year in FY26, while store EBITDA grew 193.2 per cent.<\/p>\n

\u201cCoffee in India is moving from an occasional caf\u00e9 experience to an everyday habit,\u201d said Anand. \u201cOur model is simple: great coffee, served fast, priced accessibly, available wherever the customer needs it.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to abcoffee, 54 per cent of takeaway orders are now placed through its app, while subscriptions account for half of all app orders. The company pre-sells more than 40,000 beverages every month through subscription plans.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe abcoffee has the potential to emerge as the leading brand in India\u2019s rapidly growing coffee category,\u201d said Karan Kapur, executive director at K Hospitality Corp and Kliff Ventures.<\/p>\n

K Hospitality Group is known for operating popular chains such as Copper Chimney, Bombay Brasserie, and The Irish House.<\/p>\n

India\u2019s coffee market has been expanding rapidly in recent years. According to a Redseer report, India\u2019s outside coffee market is expected to grow at 15-20 per cent to reach $2.6-$3.2 billion by 2028, driven by rising demand for takeaway formats, specialty coffee and affordable premium offerings among office-goers and Gen Z consumers.\n <\/p>\n
