Your article \u201cPitt Meadows, Maple Ridge a golfers paradise”\u00a0was a complete waste of time.<\/p>\n
Pitt Meadows has five 18-hole courses (at four clubs \u2013 Pitt Meadows Golf Club, Golden Eagle Golf Club, Meadow Gardens Golf Club, and two 72-par courses at Swaneset Bay Resort and Country Club), and Maple Ridge has one executive nine-hole course and one Mickey Mouse par 3 course \u2013 while Pitt Meadows has less than 20 per cent\u00a0the population of Maple Ridge.<\/p>\n
Maple Ridge\u00a0has already closed down one executive course (Heather Hills) and is about to close Maple Ridge Golf Course, leaving Maple Ridge\u00a0 with only a par 3 course left.<\/p>\n
What a joke.<\/p>\n
Except for possibly Swan-E-Set, the other courses you glow about don\u2019t hold a candle to 50-per-cent-plus\u00a0of other courses I\u2019ve played in B.C.<\/p>\n
The chambers of commerce must have written this article.<\/p>\n
