explores the repeated emotional and nervous system patterns many people feel trapped inside.

The final book, ‘The Version of You’, which will be released in September, focuses on identity, emotional change and becoming more confident moving forward.

The last book in the series is due to be published in September (Image: Alan Currie)

He added: “What I hope people take away from the books is understanding, reassurance and hope.

“I wanted the books to feel human, honest and emotionally real rather than overly clinical or full of jargon.

“I think this discussion is more important now than ever because modern life has normalised emotional overwhelm for so many people.

“People are under constant pressure, mental noise and emotional stress, yet many still feel misunderstood or alone in what they’re experiencing.

“The books were written for the people quietly holding themselves together while feeling overwhelmed inside.”

The books are available as an eBook (£2.99) and paperback, with signed copies available directly from the author.

For more information, people are encouraged to email modernhypnosisbyalan@gmail.com.

Alan Currie is drawing on years of experience working with people across South Ayrshire who live with anxiety,…

[35
49,48,84,393,394
post-694844","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-mental-health","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-health","tag-mental-health","tag-mentalhealth
["GET
