The house, located in one of the historic districts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/santiago-de-compostela\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Santiago de Compostela<\/a>, had suffered a series of renovations in recent decades that significantly diminished its heritage and spatial value.
