The emergency department at the Richards Landing site on St. Joseph Island will be closed all weekend, starting Friday morning\u00a0due to physician shortages.<\/p>\n
The North Shore Health Network says the emergency room will shut down at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 29. It\u2019s not scheduled to reopen until 8 a.m. on Monday, June 1.<\/p>\n
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention should still call 9-1-1. Ambulances will be re-routed.<\/p>\n
