He remains their dream target. His versatility to play the No. 9 and No. 10 would be the perfect piece for this season\u2019s squad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Bayern Munich travels to VfB Stuttgart for the Beckenbauer Supercup (formerly the DFL-Supercup) in what should be a highly anticipated match-up between two teams with high hopes for the 2025\/26 season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">VfB Stuttgart advanced to the Beckenbauer Supercup by virtue of winning the DFB-Pokal, while Bayern Munich will be playing because it won the Bundesliga championship.
