Ottawa won 27-3.<\/p>\n<p>A CFL rookie, Jordan had a standout career for the Laurier Golden Hawks, winning the 2025 Hec Crighton Trophy, as the most outstanding player in Canadian university football. He was a four-time all-Canadian receiver. Jordan owns the OUA career record with 239 catches and is second in OUA history with 3,458 receiving yards and 30 touchdown catches.<\/p>\n<p>Ottawa chose Jordan in the sixth round of the 2025 CFL draft.<\/p>\n<p>The Ottawa Redblacks will play their first regular-season game against the Edmonton Elks on Saturday, June 6.<\/p>\n<p>Ottawa finished fourth in the East Division standings in 2025 with a 4-14 record, missing the playoffs for the fifth time in the last six seasons.
