Two weeks after secretly running Bay to Breakers before BTS\u2019 sold-out show at Stanford Stadium,\u00a0Suga has posted video of that day.\u00a0<\/p>\n
After he was spotted limping during parts of their May 17 show, his fellow\u00a0BTS members revealed Suga had run a marathon<\/a> earlier in the day: In the morning, the Korean rapper had taken to the streets of San Francisco for the city\u2019s most famous 12K. Eagle-eyed fans quickly found Suga in the massive crowd, looking like any other serious runner in casual athletic clothes and a bright blue \u201cSwim\u201d hat. His official time was also available<\/a> on the Bay to Breakers results page, under his real name Min Yunki.\u00a0<\/p>\n On Sunday, Suga posted a hilariously edited Instagram video of his San Francisco adventure. \u201cThere\u2019s someone who ran a race in the middle of a tour??!! That\u2019s me,\u201d the text reads in Korean. The day started in his Menlo Park hotel room, waking up early to make the 8 a.m. start time, and applying lots of sunscreen. Once at the starting line, Suga can be heard telling a running companion, \u201cLet\u2019s go at our own pace\u201d as runners begin streaming past.\u00a0<\/p>\n Footage shows him dashing through downtown San Francisco, Golden Gate Park and the infamous Hayes Street Hill, the toughest part of the course. Or, as Suga put it in the video, \u201cThe uphill climb won\u2019t end.\u201d<\/p>\n
