At tabletop scale, the model measures over 24 inches high, 18.5 inches wide, and 15 inches deep. The design includes a stained-glass window effect, one of the more specific gestures toward the real interior, where colored light moves across columns and vaults in a way that has become central to the basilica\u2019s atmosphere.<\/p>\n

LEGO Architecture Designer Rok \u017dgalin Kobe led the translation of the basilica into brick form, working with a structure whose identity comes from density, vertical pull, and uneven layers of completion. The challenge sits in the shift between Gaud\u00ed\u2019s irregular surfaces and the fixed geometry of LEGO elements, where curves, towers, and facade depth have to be built through increments.<\/p>\n
