{"id":725847,"date":"2026-06-09T19:54:11","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T19:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/725847\/"},"modified":"2026-06-09T19:54:11","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T19:54:11","slug":"gordon-ramsay-brings-masterchef-to-brampton-for-world-cup-cookoff-episode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/725847\/","title":{"rendered":"Gordon Ramsay brings MasterChef to Brampton for &#8216;World Cup Cookoff&#8217; episode"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Renowned superstar chef Gordon Ramsay put his soccer skills to the test during an episode his MasterChef TV show filmed right here in Brampton.<\/p>\n<p>Ramsay, perhaps equally well-known for his hot temper as his food, brought the cooking competition to Brampton for an episode called \u201cWorld Cup Cookoff,\u201d where contestants from around the world were tasked with feeding hungry kids.<\/p>\n<p>The episode was filmed at the Brampton Soccer Centre where Ramsey played goal and took shots from local children before a team challenge that wasn\u2019t without some drama.
