The problem might be that the Bavarians want a quick deal, while the Dutch side is content to wait it out until the number is suitable:<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1bij9g78 _1mt21p01\">As of this evening, there\u2019s still no breakthrough in the negotiations between Bayern and PSV over Ismael Saibari. Talks remain ongoing, with the willingness of all parties to reach an agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1bij9g78 _1mt21p01\">Bayern want to close the deal before Morocco\u2019s World Cup opener against Brazil on Sunday. Meanwhile, PSV are not in a rush and want their asking price met. The financial details (base fee, add-ons and payment terms) have yet to be agreed. Well, Saibari figures to play a key role for Morocco at the World Cup and if he has a big tourney, his sticker price could rise for other prospective suitors.
