The \u201cRoar\u201d singer tamped down a potentially awkward moment at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere <\/a>of her new concert movie, \u201cKaty Perry: The Lifetimes Tour \u2013 Live from Paris.\u201d<\/p>\n During Monday\u2019s showing, the movie projector stopped working as the live music documentary showed her singing \u201cCRUSH\u201d \u2014 prompting an exasperated groan from the audience.<\/p>\n Katy Perry jumped up out of her seat when her film malfunctioned at the Tribeca Film Festival on Monday. Page Six<\/p>\n The concert movie briefly stopped while she was singing \u201cCRUSH.\u201d Page Six<\/p>\n The pop star, 41, immediately sprang out of her seat and encouraged the audience to pick up where the song left off, leading the enthusiastic crowd in belting out the hit from her \u201c143\u201d album.<\/p>\n A few seconds later, the film thankfully came back on, allowing Perry and her boyfriend, Justin Trudeau, to enjoy the rest of the show.<\/p>\n The documentary was filmed over two nights in Paris during Perry\u2019s \u201cLifetime\u201d tour, which saw her perform 91 concerts around the globe.<\/p>\n Perry encouraged the audience to keep singing the song before the film restarted.
