Police say they’ve charged a fourth person in the death of an Ottawa man who was found severely injured in a Perth, Ont., park earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Officers were called to Last Duel Park on April 12 where they found Christo Allison Richards, 34, suffering from life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
