Mitchell Robinson<\/a>‘s series with the New York Knicks<\/a> has been far from perfect, and it’s almost tough to see a scenario in which the Knicks decide to bring him back. Robinson has been a nice player for them over the course of his career, currently the longest-tenured Knick, but he has had a lot of problems on both sides of the basketball, which have been evident throughout the NBA Finals.<\/p>\n

His inability to stay on the court because he misses free throws has also forced the Knicks to take him out every time they’re in the bonus.<\/p>\n

While he hasn’t played well, it’s not crazy to think another team in the league would be interested in signing him, with the Los Angeles Lakers<\/a> reportedly showing interest.<\/p>\n

\u201cTeams regularly relayed to me when I\u2019ve asked around about Robinson\u2019s status have pointed to the Bulls<\/a>, Hornets<\/a>, Lakers and Raptors<\/a>. Those are all clubs known to be looking for center upgrades,\u201d Jake Fischer wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Lakers would have the same problems the Knicks have with Robinson, but pairing him with Luka Doncic<\/a> could be a lot of fun. Doncic makes things a lot easier for his centers.<\/p>\n
