\n\tOlivia Rodrigo, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter topping the Hot 100 with lead single \u201cDrop Dead\u201d and entering the top five with second single \u201cThe Cure,\u201d Olivia Rodrigo\u2019s third full length is finally here. You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love delivers on what its two sections promise: songs about being a \u201cgirl so in love\u201d (section one) and songs where that same narrator seems pretty down about it (\u201cyou seem pretty sad,\u201d as section two is called). Standout track and third single, \u201cStupid Song,\u201d seems to tug at the thread that unites those two sensations: feeling stupid. While it comes loaded with the declaration that \u201cnobody\u2019s wanted somebody more,\u201d the humor is in the fact that, as the title suggests, such big feelings can seem rather silly in hindsight. \n\tBTS, \u201cCome Over\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn celebration of the 13th BTS Festa, an annual festival for ARMY, the global icons dropped \u201cCome Over\u201d on streamers. Previously, the thumping, hip-hop heavy track was only available as a bonus on the deluxe vinyl of the group\u2019s March album, ARIRANG. The song was co-written by SUGA, RM and j-hope, among others, and co-produced by Grammy award winner Cirkut with SUGA and Ammo. \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n

\n\tJack White, \u201cDollar Bill\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the two-pack White released and performed as musical guest on Saturday Night Live in April (\u201cG.O.D. And The Broken Ribs\u201d and \u201cDerecho Demonico\u201d), the rocker returns with a new single from his freshly-announced new album out July 10. The bluesy \u201cDollar Bill\u201d opens with a twangy western riff before exploding into classic White, who is most at home on any track when delivering lyrical riddles like: \u201cYou can\u2019t control me\/ Unless you owe me\/ And you don\u2019t own me\/ Unless I owe you.\u201d \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n

\n\tBebe Rexha, \u201cOne Day\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tThe newly independent pop singer, who partnered with Empire in January after a career with Warner, has dropped her first album since the move. Titled Dirty Blonde, the project mostly delivers high-energy dance-pop bangers, but \u201cOne Day\u201d stands out from the rest not only for its mid-tempo production but mostly for its honest lyrics, which Rexha co-wrote. And while it\u2019s likely about a former flame, it could just as easily be a message to Rexha\u2019s fallen fans: \u201cOne day, you\u2019ll realize just what you lost\/ By then, you\u2019ll be nothing more than an afterthought.\u201d Who needs \u2019em, right? \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n

\n\tInfinity Song, INFINITY SONG<\/p>\n

\n\tAlt-rock sibling band Infinity Song has released its self-titled debut album today, and it delivers on the exact type harmonies and tightknit writing that can only come from that kind of bond. \u201cWe grew up studying music together, performing together and learning how to listen to one another,\u201d the Boyd siblings shared in a statement. \u201cThis album gave us the space to lean into our individual strengths while pushing ourselves as musicians\u2026we\u2019re proud of how expansive the record became without losing the intimacy that\u2019s always been at the heart of\u00a0Infinity\u00a0Song.\u201d The album was recorded between the Boyd siblings home base of New York and Los Angeles. \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter dropping her MadRaps joint EP with Madlib and picking up her first Grammy (Please Don\u2019t Cry\u2018s Erykah Badu-assisted \u201c3:AM\u201d took home best melodic rap performance), Rapsody has returned with \u201cGod Gotta Afro,\u201d the first single from her forthcoming fifth studio album, God Gotta Afro & Gold Hoops. \u201cMiriam Makeba how I ride for the clique\/ \u201964 Chevy Chevelle, trunk big on me, thick\/ Oil wells in my thighs shift on \u2019em like The Clipse\/ One come up, other come up, we connected, Black fist,\u201d she spits over Mr. Porter\u2019s frenetic, militant production, delivering a pertinent reminder for us all to \u201csee God in our reflection.\u201d Anchored by a chant-worthy hook and a pan-African energy by way of the Karabo yaMorena Choir\u2019s lust harmonies, \u201cGod Gotta Afro\u201d is a ravishing return for Rapsody. \u2014 KYLE DENIS<\/p>\n

Ayetian, \u201cChip\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJust a few days after emerging as the most-nominated male artist at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards (seven; tied with soca stars Machel Montano and V\u2019ghn), fast-rising Jamaican dancehall sensation Ayetian has dropped \u201cChip.\u201d Built around Extol\u2019s eerie, percussive riddim, Ayetian delivers a gritty midtempo that juxtaposes nicely against his \u201cDonkey Call\u201d take on Di Genius\u2019 bouncier \u201cHill & Gully\u201d riddim. Between his animated intonation shifts and menacing delivery, Ayetian\u2019s hot streak remains intact with \u201cChip.\u201d \u2014 K.D.<\/p>\n

\n\tCultura Prof\u00e9tica, En Bucle<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCultura Prof\u00e9tica delivers En Bucle, its first studio album since 2019\u2019s Sobrevolando that won the Latin Grammy for best alternative music album. Home to 18 songs, the Puerto Rican band keeps faithful to its signature reggae sound while fearlessly fusing it with salsa and bolero on select tracks. En Bucle, which is a Spanish term that refers to being \u201cin a loop,\u201d is the first set the quartet recorded in its own studio. \u201cWe\u2019re super proud to finally have our own space after so many years. Look out for more music coming later,\u201d the group expressed during a private listening party in Miami on Thursday (June 11), assuring that \u201cthe entire album has a very rich and beautiful aura.\u201d En Bucle has collaborations with Dread Mar I, Bebo Dumont, Frido Vargas and Colombian breakout star Kapo on the focus track, \u201cFlaca.\u201d\u00a0 \u2014 JESSICA ROIZ<\/p>\n

\n\tBaauer, U<\/p>\n

\n\tA front-to-back no skips winner from the mighty Baauer, U is variously blissful, tough, tender, crunchy and delirious, demonstrating the artist\u2019s deft ability to pack a kitchen\u2019s sink worth of sounds into the album\u2019s quick 36-minute run time. U is the culmination of a breakthrough experienced during the pandemic, when the artist started making music live on Twitch, a routine he says \u201ccracked open my process \u2014 people could see me the whole time, from starting a beat to finishing.\u201d While this ritual forced him to trust his gut rather than make things perfect, to us this all sounds damn near it. U\u00a0was executive-produced by\u00a0Hudson Mohawke and features collaborators including\u00a0Aluna, KU\u010cKA, Brazy\u00a0and\u00a0Betsy, alongside piano from\u00a0Eli Teplin\u00a0and additional production from\u00a0Parisi. \u2014 KATIE BAIN<\/p>\n

\n\tANOTR,\u00a0Witness<\/p>\n

\n\tDutch duo ANOTR has long made music that plays like if summer were a sound, a vibe they continue with their glistening new album, Withness. Merging analog warmth and electronic shimmer, this buoyant, breezy, funky and simply cool set of tracks was recorded and tested live while the pair were on the road over the last year, with the resulting set certain to soundtrack\u00a0BBQs, pool parties and\u00a0road trips for the next three months. The project is out on ANOTR\u2019s own No Art label and comes ahead of shows at Pacha New York, DC10 in Ibiza and two nights at London\u2019s Alexandra Palace this September.\u00a0\u2014 K.B.<\/p>\n

\n\tCharles Wesley Godwin feat. Wyatt Flores, \u201cHey There Son\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tCharles Wesley Godwin and Wyatt Flores join forces on this deeply affecting ballad, which Godwin crafted for his son. Written with co-writer Lori McKenna (\u201cHumble and Kind\u201d), the song traces the emotional arc of welcoming and raising a child. Sweeping strings elevate lyrics such as \u201cThat moment I first held you\/ I\u2019d never been more alive.\u201d Then, the song adopts a classic country twist, as Flores\u2019 lyrics shift the song\u2019s perspective to that of the son bidding farewell to his father, as the end of the father\u2019s life draws near.
