{"id":735242,"date":"2026-06-14T01:04:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T01:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/735242\/"},"modified":"2026-06-14T01:04:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-14T01:04:08","slug":"b-c-man-wanted-for-harassment-in-toronto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/735242\/","title":{"rendered":"B.C. man wanted for harassment in Toronto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Toronto police are searching for a B.C. man accused of harassing one person repeatedly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police said they were contacted on May 26 for a criminal harassment in the area of Bay Street and Gerrard Street West.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe suspect made repeated attempts to contact the victim,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tps.ca\/media-centre\/news-releases\/66196\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.tps.ca\/media-centre\/news-releases\/66196\/\">police allege.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">They identified the suspect as 23-year-old Alexander Sokolov from Vancouver, B.C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He is wanted for criminal harassment and breach of probation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Sokolov is described as five-foot-10 with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes and facial hair.
