\n\tThe NBA<\/a> champion New York Knicks<\/a> will get more of the late-night spotlight on NBC this week.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing Monday\u2019s appearance<\/a> by several members of the team on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, two Knicks players \u2014\u00a0Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby \u2014\u00a0will be guests on Tonight\u2019s lead-out, Late Night With Seth Meyers<\/a>, later in the week. <\/p>\n

\n\tTowns will be one of Meyers\u2019 guests on Tuesday, marking his second time on Late Night. He previously appeared on the show in January. Anunoby \u2014\u00a0whose tip-in with under two seconds left won game four of the NBA Finals<\/a> \u2014\u00a0will be a first-time guest on the show Wednesday. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe burst of late night appearances for the Knicks, of course, comes in the days after the team won its first NBA championship since 1973. The Knicks beat the San Antonio Spurs in five games to break a title drought that lasted nine years longer than Late Night, which debuted in 1982 with David Letterman as host, has existed.<\/p>\n

\n\tTowns joins a guest lineup for Tuesday\u2019s Late Night that will also feature Olivia Wilde, Stephen Root and chef Ham El-Waylly. Kerry Washington and Alden Ehrenreich are slated to appear on Wednesday\u2019s show with Anunoby. <\/p>\n

\n\tOn The Tonight Show Monday, Towns and Anunoby will be joined by Finals MVP Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and Mikal Briges \u2014\u00a0the Knicks\u2019 most common starting five this season \u2014\u00a0plus coach Mike Brown and other members of the team. The Wu-Tang Clan, who performed at halftime of game four of the finals, will be the musical guest, and the studio audience will be made up of Knicks fans who didn\u2019t score tickets to see the NBA Finals in person.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The NBA champion New York Knicks will get more of the late-night spotlight on NBC this week.
