Investigation determined the commercial motor vehicle driver had missed a turn on the south side of Causley Street and was attempting to reverse the tractor-trailer into a business entrance when the incident occurred.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old driver from Brampton, Ontario, was issued the following Provincial Offence Notices and charged with:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tCareless driving&#13;<br \/>\n\tFail to surrender inspection schedule&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Commercial motor vehicle drivers are responsible for operating their vehicles safely and ensuring all required documentation is available for inspection.
