Sharp displays a graphical comparison of calorie intake versus calories burned, so users can see at a glance whether they are currently in a surplus or a deficit \u2013 handy if you\u2019re trying to gain or lose weight. The watch also detects when you\u2019re not drinking enough and alerts you.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Sharp has integrated a round 1.32-inch OLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and an always-on feature, an accelerometer, a GPS module, an ambient light sensor, a skin temperature sensor, and a heart rate and SpO2 sensor into the 11.9-millimeter-thick case, which is water-resistant up to 5 ATM. The watch is compatible with both Apple iPhones and Android smartphones.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pricing and availability<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The Sharp Karada Mate Watch (MH-W01) will be released in Japan on July 9, 2026, for a price of \u00a559,400 ($370).
