Joseph Duggar was granted supervised visitation with his kids during a court hearing regarding his child molestation case.<\/p>\n
Judge Brantley S. Clark\u00a0ruled that the \u201c19 Kids and Counting\u201d alum can have supervised contact with his and Kendra Duggar\u2019s four kids during a virtual appearance in a Bay County, Florida, courtroom Tuesday, court documents obtained by Page Six reveal.<\/p>\n
The reality TV star has not been able to see his children since he was arrested on molestation charges in March.<\/p>\n

His attorney, Albert Sauline, argued that the language in a previous motion banning him from contact with minors made it so he couldn\u2019t see his kids. The attorney reportedly claimed it was \u201ca little unusual\u201d for Joseph to be prohibited from seeing his kids when they are not the alleged victims in the case. <\/p>\n

In a mugshot obtained by Page Six on March 19, Joseph appeared disheveled<\/a> after his arrest.<\/p>\n According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the \u201cCounting On\u201d star was accused by a minor, who is now 14, of grooming and sexual assault. <\/p>\n The suspected victim told investigators that Joseph repeatedly \u201cgrazed [her] vagina\u201d with his hand during a 2020 family vacation. The accuser would also allegedly \u201csit on the defendant\u2019s lap\u201d and he would \u201ccradle [her] with his arms,\u201d the affidavit states <\/p>\n The alleged sexual assault incidents occurred \u201cseveral times,\u201d according to the alleged victim. The incidents \u201cstopped occurring,\u201d however, after Joseph allegedly \u201capproached the victim\u201d during the getaway and \u201capologized for his action,\u201d the affidavit states.<\/p>\n Joseph (seen here in his mugshot) was arrested on March 18. Instagram\/Joseph and Kendra Duggar<\/p>\n Days after Joseph\u2019s bust, Kendra was arrested <\/a>in Arkansas on March 20 and charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment. <\/p>\n Joseph was also hit with the same charges.<\/p>\n Page Six obtained footage of Kendra getting a pat-down while being booked in jail<\/a> shortly after she was released. The charges for both remain pending. <\/p>\n
