The first offer came two hours after it hit the market in mid-March, and four more bids were received in a matter of days. <\/p>\n \u201cWe were very happy to get multiple offers,\u201d said agent Bryon Howard. \u201cWe weren\u2019t sure we would.<\/p>\n \u201cWe thought it could sell lower than the list price and were thrilled it sold for as much as it did, over list price, with no conditions.\u201d <\/p>\n The home\u2019s proximity to recreational activities, such as fishing, boating and biking, helped push the purchase price $15,500 over asking. <\/p>\n \u201cInventory in that whole community was pretty low,\u201d Mr. Howard said. <\/p>\n \u201cThis property was within a block of Fish Creek Park, which was the main feature of the community.\u201d<\/p>\n
