The upgrades to Folkstone Park tennis courts in Whitby have been completed, the town announced.<\/p>\n
The Mayor of Whitby, Tennis Canada, National Bank of Canada, local dignitaries, and the tennis community will be present for the announcement, ribbon cutting, and photo opportunity celebrating the completion be taking place on June 23.<\/p>\n
The event will also recognize the town\u2019s 10-year sponsorship partnership with Tennis Canada (with support from National Bank of Canada). The event will feature brief remarks, a ribbon cutting, and an opportunity to watch members of the Whitby Tennis Club play the first matches on the newly upgraded courts.<\/p>\n
