A sixth person is dead after a fatal two vehicle collision in Mapleton, Ont. last week, said Ontario Provincial Police. <\/p>\n

A passenger van and sports utility vehicle collided around 7:30 p.m. on June 12 in the Township of Mapleton, located about 35 kilometres northwest of Kitchener-Waterloo, said an OPP news release Saturday. <\/p>\n
