In an update Saturday afternoon, Peel police said one adult was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In a second update to social media Saturday evening, Peel police said a second woman was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Peel paramedics confirmed they transported two people with life-threatening injuries and another person with minor, non-life threatening injuries to a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Speaking to reporters Saturday, Insp. Andrew Harris said investigators are still working to inform next of kin, therefore, the victim&#8217;s age and gender will not be disclosed at this time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Harris said investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Anyone with information is asked to contact Peel police.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Peel police say two adults are dead following a two-vehicle collision in Brampton, Ont., Saturday.
