The workout queen rose to fame with her line of exercise tapes and DVDs that got millions of Americans to be active. She went on to become a force in the movement for activity and even served as a member of the\u00a0President\u2019s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.\u00a0Now known for her\u00a0Fit Over 50\u00a0magazine and app, Austin is still going strong and looking better than ever. In a new series of bathing suit photos, Austin posed joyfully while enjoying the summer sun. She looks so good that commenters couldn’t believe how ageless she looks.<\/p>\n

With her bouncy blonde hair and phenomenal body, it\u2019s hard to believe she\u2019s 69. It\u2019s safe to say her dedicated fitness regimen is working well!<\/p>\n Austin’s Daughter, Katie, Looks Just Like Her<\/p>\n In a\u00a0recent<\/a>\u00a0side-by-side Instagram post, Denise shared a photo of herself from back in the \u201990s wearing her trademark blue leotard and a bright yellow jacket. In the present-day photo, her daughter\u00a0Katie Austin\u00a0wears the same outfit. Clearly, the apple didn\u2019t fall far from the tree!<\/p>\n Austin Loves a Throwback Photo<\/p>\n Austin loves to recreate her old photos and videos. She has even held on to all her old workout outfits, and with her devoted fitness regimen, they all still fit.
