In May, White described Cunningham as a \u201cSwiss army knife\u201d due to her ability to play multiple positions and handle various roles on the floor.<\/p>\n

Several performances this season define her contribution to the success of the team. In the last four games, she went 13-of-18 from beyond the arc, a testament to her shooting prowess that completes the Fever when Clark or Mitchell have off-days.<\/p>\n

On June 16 against the Toronto Tempo, she scored a season-high 24 points on 8-of-11 shooting while tying her career high with six made three-pointers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Just days earlier, on June 13 against the Connecticut Sun, she scored 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting. Nine of them came with three later three-pointers in the closing two minutes to seal a victory.<\/p>\n

Besides shooting, Sophie Cunningham has been instrumental in playmaking. She delivered a perfect inbound pass that set up a game-winning 31-foot three-pointer by Caitlin Clark against the Mystics.<\/p>\n
