One of the co-founders of French games giant, Ubisoft, Claude Guillemot, has been killed in a plane crash.<\/p>\n
The news was first reported by local outlet Ouest France<\/a> \u2013 spotted by Bloomberg<\/a> \u2013 which said that the businessman was one of two passengers in a twin-engine Cessna 421 who died in the accident, which occurred on Friday, June 19 in La Baule, Brittany.<\/p>\n Guillemot was 69 years of age.<\/p>\n \u201cUbisoft was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Claude Guillemot, co-founder of the group and chairman of Guillemot Corp., in an accident,\u201d a Ubisoft spokesperson said.<\/p>\n \u201cOur thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
