Region of Peel \u2013 Investigators from 22 Division Criminal Investigative Bureau (CIB) are seeking the public\u2019s assistance in identifying suspects involved in a shooting in Brampton.<\/p>\n
On Friday, June 19, at approximately 2:30 p.m., police responded to the reports of shots fired on Chamney Court. Upon arrival, officers confirmed a verbal altercation occurred between several individuals prior to the shooting.<\/p>\n
While the incident is believed to be targeted and isolated, residents owners in the area are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.<\/p>\n
Investigators are asking anyone who may have been in the area to review dashcam or security footage during the relevant timeframe and report any sightings of the incident.<\/p>\n
