Parks Canada advises the public to expect higher-than-normal water levels and flows throughout the Trent\u2013Severn Waterway until further notice as a result of recent precipitation.<\/p>\n

To support water management operations, Parks Canada will be increasing flows on the Otonabee River outside of navigation hours.<\/p>\n

Elevated water levels and flows will continue throughout the Trent\u2013Severn Waterway as water management staff respond to current watershed conditions.<\/p>\n

Boaters, residents, and visitors are urged to exercise caution around and on the water, particularly near dams, locks, water control structures, and shorelines where conditions may change rapidly.<\/p>\n

Parks Canada continues to actively monitor watershed conditions and adjust water management operations as required.<\/p>\n
