{"id":754982,"date":"2026-06-23T03:47:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T03:47:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/754982\/"},"modified":"2026-06-23T03:47:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T03:47:08","slug":"worker-dies-after-fall-at-brampton-construction-site","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/754982\/","title":{"rendered":"Worker dies after fall at Brampton construction site"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A man has died following an industrial accident at a construction site in Brampton on Monday (June 22) afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Emergency crews were called to the area of Kennedy Road South and Clarence Street shortly before 4 p.m. after reports that a worker had fallen into a construction hole at the site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Peel Regional Police said first responders rushed to assist the victim upon arrival, but the adult male was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Investigators have not released details about the depth of the hole or the circumstances that led to the fall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Police secured the area as officials began examining the scene.
