{"id":755205,"date":"2026-06-23T06:09:10","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T06:09:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/755205\/"},"modified":"2026-06-23T06:09:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T06:09:10","slug":"sharks-legend-price-gets-congratulated-on-hall-of-fame-honor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/755205\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Sharks legend&#8217; Price gets congratulated on Hall of Fame honor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How does one think of the storied career of 2026 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Carey Price without thinking of&#8230; the San Jose Sharks.<\/p>\n<p>Price, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/news\/patrice-bergeron-carey-price-pekka-rinne-keith-tkachuk-elected-to-hockey-hall-of-fame\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">got the Hall call on Monday<\/a> along with fellow NHL legends <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/patrice-bergeron-8470638\" title=\"Patrice Bergeron\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Patrice Bergeron<\/a>\u00a0, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/pekka-rinne-8471469\" title=\"Pekka Rinne\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pekka Rinne<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/keith-tkachuk-8458229\" title=\"Keith Tkachuk\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Keith Tkachuk<\/a> and\u00a0Brian Burke and women&#8217;s Olympic star Cindy Curley, was congratulated by his most recent team on social media.<\/p>\n<p>That is not the Montreal Canadiens. Technically.<\/p>\n<p>Now, that&#8217;s not to say the Canadiens did not congratulate Price, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CanadiensMTL\/status\/2069138114019250673?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">of course they did<\/a>.
