It will be held in a trust until Bear becomes an adult.<\/p>\n<p>Music lawyer Richard Bray and Cheryl were named as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justjared.com\/2025\/05\/07\/liam-paynes-ex-cheryl-cole-named-co-administrator-of-his-estate-after-he-passed-without-a-will\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">administrators of the late singer\u2019s estate.<\/a> He apparently did not have a will.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t know, Liam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justjared.com\/2024\/10\/16\/liam-payne-one-direction-member-solo-star-dies-at-31\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">died at the young age of 31 back in October of 2024.<\/a> His <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justjared.com\/2024\/11\/07\/liam-paynes-toxicology-results-are-in-investigators-rule-he-was-not-conscious-during-fall\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">toxicology report <\/a>came in a few months after his passing. <\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t know, Liam was 16 when he joined One Direction, which was put together on The X Factor in 2010.
