Today, we have another major transfer update story as we look ahead to how the market might play out in the lead-up to and during the Tour de France. <\/p>\n

We take a look at the squads that have already reached maximum capacity – or are very close to that point – the teams playing the long game in order to strike bargains in the second half of the season, and how the uncertainty around some squads affects the overall pattern and flow of the market.<\/p>\n

As ever, there\u2019s a lot to cover as we look at teams including Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, Lidl-Trek, Groupama, Netcompany, Decathlon and Jayco AlUla, with specific updates on riders including Felix Gall, Paul Seixas, Primo\u017e Rogli\u010d, Ben O\u2019Connor, Ben Zwiehoff, and Georg Steinhauser.<\/p>\n

But before we get to that, we\u2019ve heard from several sources that Oscar Onley will miss this year\u2019s Tour de France. He crashed out of the Tour Auvergne – Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes earlier this month, and it\u2019s been a race against time to prepare for the Tour. There\u2019s no official news from Netcompany, but Onley posted this on Strava in the last 24 hours, with the caption \u2018Road to the tour\u2026 of Guangxi\u2019. <\/p>\n
