The former pro boxer looked less than put together with stains under his mouth and on his clothes, while walking his three small dogs, per photos obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n
Rourke wore a gray zip-up hoodie, which he pulled over his head to attempt to stay incognito.<\/p>\n
The 73-year-old also wore a pair of ripped light blue jeans, white sneakers and aviator sunglasses. <\/p>\n

Rourke made headlines earlier this year when he was evicted from his LA home<\/a> by his landlord, Eric T. Goldie.<\/p>\n In a statement to Page Six, Rourke claimed he withheld nearly $60,000 in rent because of the \u201cunacceptable living conditions\u201d at the property, including \u201congoing rodent issues\u201d and \u201cbathroom and plumbing\u201d problems.<\/p>\n The \u201cCelebrity Big Brother UK\u201d alum said stopping his rent payments \u201cwas not a decision [he] made lightly.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cCelebrity Big Brother UK\u201d alum also wore a pair of ripped jeans. X17online.com<\/p>\n Rourke also wore a pair aviator sunglasses. \/X17online.com<\/p>\n Goldie\u2019s attorney, Ricardo Villalobos, told Page Six in a statement that his client \u201cwaited nearly a year for unpaid rent and made multiple efforts to resolve the matter privately\u201d before he decided to kick Rourke out of the home.<\/p>\n The lawyer added that Goldie \u201cis looking to move on and wishes Mr. Rourke the best going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n Back in December, a court filing requested that Rourke be ordered to vacate the home in three days or pay Goldie\u00a0$59,100 in back rent<\/a>.<\/p>\n Rourke was subsequently spotted\u00a0removing his dog and a bag of belongings from the house<\/a>\u00a0in January.<\/p>\n In March, Rourke was evicted from his LA home for not paying rent.
