While the image still leaves some details up to the imagination, people are getting excited about the 4b launching on July 7.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, I got word from Nothing that the device isn\u2019t launching in Canada. While this is disappointing, I crave as much smartphone competition as possible. It seems like Canada isn\u2019t a testing market for Nothing, and the company is more selective about the phones it brings to the North. We saw this with the original <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2023\/02\/28\/navigating-compromises-using-the-nothing-phone-1-in-canada\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing Phone,<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2024\/03\/12\/nothing-phone-2a-no-canada\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing Phone 2a<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2025\/03\/04\/nothing-phone-3a-not-coming-to-canada\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing 3a and 3a Pro<\/a> and now the Nothing Phone 4b.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t an unusual practice. While Canada gets spoiled by Apple and Google, which usually give us everything they have, other brands don\u2019t typically do that. Most recently, Samsung didn\u2019t bring the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2025\/12\/26\/samsung-galaxy-z-trifold-hands-on\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Trifold to Canada<\/a>, and Motorola skipped out on bringing the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2026\/05\/13\/motorola-razr-fold-coming-to-canada-not-the-other-razr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Razr to the North this year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing typically brings its flagships to Canada, such as the Nothing <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2026\/03\/19\/nothing-4a-pro-canada-review\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Phone 4a Pro<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2025\/08\/17\/nothing-phone-3-review\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing Phone 3,<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2023\/07\/13\/nothing-phone-2-review\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing Phone 2<\/a>.
