He explained, &#8220;I\u2019ll get my kids through college, that\u2019s the agreement, but there\u2019s not gonna be a silver spoon. All the money is going to go back to artists.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>            Play video content<\/p>\n<p>                    <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/5b37015d00f04ba98cf6b0c3d6f341e9_md.png\" alt=\"061526 oliver tree crash broll kal\" width=\"728\" height=\"410\" class=\"img-fluid\"\/><\/p>\n<p>As you know, Oliver and 5 others <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/14\/oliver-tree-dead\/\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">died<\/a> in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/15\/oliver-tree-helicopter-crash-site-video\/\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">helicopter collision<\/a> in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil earlier this month. He was 32.<\/p>\n<p>The post announcing his foundation also revealed there will be a celebration of his life and memorial service at the UCSC Quarry Amphitheater in Santa Cruz, California on July 25th.
