That level of success has not been replicated on the green stuff at all. Coupled with four retirements this year, it has been a rough ride for the Brit.<\/p>\n<p>Parry had some good runs on the clay, reached the second round of Berlin via qualies, but failed to make the draw in Bad Homburg but arguably has a little more time on grass than Jones\u2019 three straight defeats in the British part of the grass swing.<\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that Jones has determination by the bucket load and with a British crowd behind her, she will feel that she stands a chance against the heavy hitting French-woman.
