As a result, our housing costs are a lot more than either of us would like.”

They paid $2.3-million for a four-bedroom, double-garage house that is about 3,000 square feet. The couple used equity from each of their condo sales, a total of almost $1-million, toward the purchase. At the time, their monthly mortgage payment was $10,000. “Saying that out loud is insane,” says Bobby.
