The <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ABC7\/status\/2070696119449817112\" rel=\"nofollow\">clip<\/a>, posted to Instagram by someone claiming to be a friend of the woman, shows a grizzly repeatedly approaching, circling, and briefly charging the pair as the woman yells and grunts loudly in an attempt to drive it off, per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/26\/grizzly-bear-charges-at-woman-walking-dog\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TMZ<\/a>. At one point, the bear rears up on its hind legs just a few feet away, looming over them before finally retreating.&#13;\n                                    <\/p>\n<p class=\"storyParagraph\">&#13;<br \/>\n                                        A guide tells <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndtv.com\/offbeat\/woman-her-pet-dog-narrowly-escape-grizzly-bear-encounter-in-canadas-alberta-video-viral-11693874\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CBS 8 San Diego<\/a> that the woman, IDed only as Jessie, had gone out for a hike with her dog, coffee in hand.
