In a fireside chat with His Worship Mark Sutcliffe, Mayor of Ottawa and Rick Leary, General Manager of OC Transpo, attendees heard firsthand about the OC Transpo\u2019s vision for building a more reliable, sustainable, and customer-focused transit system.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing on more than 40 years of transit leadership experience, Leary highlighted the organization\u2019s Customer First Action Plan, which prioritizes operational excellence, workforce sustainability, financial stewardship, and service improvements that better connect residents, employers, and visitors across the city.
