\n\tShe\u2019ll join Cooper, Margot Robbie and Oscar-nominated The Secret Agent actor Wagner Moura. The pic, which is dated for June 25, 2027, is readying for a shoot.<\/p>\n

\n\tTwelve-time Oscar nominee Cooper is directing and producing with Robbie\u2019s LuckyChap. The\u00a0Star Is Born\u00a0filmmaker and star also is penning the screenplay based on the characters by George Clayton Johnson and Jack Golden Russell. Previous drafts were penned by Carrie Solomon. Mum is the word on the plot line.<\/p>\n

\n\tBarbaro is hot off her sold-out run in Les Liaisons Dangereuses at London\u2019s National Theatre opposite Lesley Manville and Aidan Turner and next can be seen starring as the co-lead opposite Callum Turner of Universal\u2019s One Night Only from director Will Gluck, out August 7. Upcoming, she stars opposite Yura Borisov and Andrew Garfield as Mira Murati in Luca Guadagnino\u2019s Artificial, which recently was acquired by Neon<\/a>. She earned her first Oscar and Actor Award nominations in 2025 for her star-making performance as the iconic folk singer and activist Joan Baez opposite Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet in James Mangold\u2019s Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown\u202ffor\u202fSearchlight. In 2022, she also garnered critical acclaim for her breakout role\u202fas Phoenix opposite Tom Cruise and Miles Teller in\u202fTop Gun: Maverick, which received six Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture.<\/p>\n
