It\u2019s a guy that produced for us offensively for the last three seasons with 30-plus homers. There\u2019s not one guy that is going to come in here and step in with that type of production. We\u2019ll do our best to fill that void and make the best of the situation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt6 mg-b-15 article-content\" use-external-image=\"false\" data-v-a2155f14=\"\">The tear <a class=\"entity\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxsports.com\/mlb\/washington-nationals-team\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was<\/a> discovered during an examination Tuesday at Stanford.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt6 mg-b-15 article-content\" use-external-image=\"false\" data-v-a2155f14=\"\">A two-time All-Star, Rooker hasn\u2019t played since June 8.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt6 mg-b-15 article-content\" use-external-image=\"false\" data-v-a2155f14=\"\">Rooker played in all 162 games in 2025 but was in and out of the lineup this season due to his knee and a nagging oblique issue.
