Looking for the best WNBA player props<\/a> today? For Thursday, July 2, my favorite DraftKings Sportsbook picks are Flau\u2019jae Johnson O 12.5 Points (-122), Kahleah Copper U 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+102) and Allisha Gray U 16.5 Points (-107). <\/p>\n

Below, I break down why each prop stands out based on projected role, matchup and recent performance.<\/p>\n

Best WNBA Player Props Today<\/p>\n

Top WNBA Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook<\/p>\n

Flau\u2019jae Johnson Over 12.5 Points (-122)<\/a><\/p>\n

After losing 11 straight, the Storm have won back-to-back games and Johnson has been the main reason for these victories. The rookie has been outstanding, scoring 28 points vs. the Liberty and 24 points vs. the Dream, both of which are top-five rated defenses this season. Over this stretch, Johnson is leading Seattle with a 29.2% usage rate and 32.8 minutes per game. Additionally, she is shooting 57.1% from the field and 46.2% on three-pointers. <\/p>\n

Given the Storm\u2019s success with Johnson as their main option, she should continue to see a featured role tonight in a plus spot vs. the Mercury, who rank 12th in defensive rating this season. 12.5 points is a laughably low for Johnson in this matchup and she is a must-bet for this over. <\/p>\n

Kahleah Copper Under 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+102)<\/a><\/p>\n

Copper continues to be a great scorer this season, leading the Mercury with 20.1 PPG, but she has struggled with her outside shot, shooting a career-worst 25% on three-pointers. Copper has failed to make multiple treys in 11-of-19 games, including back-to-back games heading into tonight\u2019s matchup vs. the Storm, who are a brutal matchup for deep shooters. <\/p>\n

Seattle is limiting it\u2019s opponents to the worst three-point percentage in the league (29.9%) and this defense is giving up the fourth-fewest made three-pointers per game (8.3). Copper was able to knock down two treys in each of her first two meetings vs. the Storm this season, but she is due for some negative regression in this matchup, and I like backing her for 1.5 made three-pointers at this plus-money price.<\/p>\n

Allisha Gray Under 16.5 Points (-107)<\/a><\/p>\n

Gray is averaging a career-high 18.4 PPG this season, but she has hit a wall recently. In her last three, Gray has finished with eight, 14 and 15 points, respectively. The first two matchups were vs. the Valkyries, who rank second in defensive rating this season, while the third was vs. the Storm, who rank 10th. Gray is shooting just 33.3% from the floor and 18.8% on three-pointers during this span, and tonight\u2019s matchup vs. the Mystics is by no means a get-right spot.<\/p>\n

Washington ranks third in defensive rating and 12th in pace this season. The Mystics have held three of their last four opponents to under 80 points, and when Gray faced Washington last month, she scored 15 points. A similar performance is likely tonight and Gray is a strong bet for this under.<\/p>\n
