A few days later, the brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/samsung-reveals-which-good-lock-modules-work-with-one-ui-9-0\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">revealed<\/a> which Good Lock modules support the new software and which don\u2019t. One of the plugins that didn\u2019t work with it was LockStar. That\u2019s changing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>Samsung has released an update for LockStar. It carries version 9.0.00.5 and brings two changes. First and most important, it makes the app compatible with One UI 9.0 (<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KAILASH61229293\/status\/2072663741234393258?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">via<\/a> Galaxy Alerts). That means the app will now work with the Galaxy S26 series, the only phones for which the new Android skin is currently available.\n<\/p>\n<p>The second change reads \u201cFlip cover screen unlock animation support.\u201d You can get the latest LockStar update in two ways. First, go to Galaxy Store &gt; Menu &gt; Updates &gt; Update all. Second, go to Good Lock &gt; Plugins and tap on the update icon beside the LockStar listing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Once you install the latest LockStar update, it will no longer be greyed out in the Plugins list.
