\u201cWe went a little bit over the asking price to get the seller to work with us. Yeah, apparently there were definitely some upset buyers,\u201d Ms. Bertles said.<\/p>\n

She said that when sellers get a strong offer right away, they might sometimes wonder if they priced too low. In this case, she says she believes the home would have had several offers at the same price. It was priced correctly.<\/p>\n
