Essentially, all of the Bell sub-brand\u2019s plans<\/a> have gone up by $5\/mo as of July 3. The change impacts in-market plans, so existing customers won\u2019t need to worry unless they want to change plans.<\/p>\n Here is a breakdown of the prices now:<\/p>\n $45\/20GB with unlimited Canada-wide talk\/text and 5G speeds (was $40\/20GB) Typically, when we see one of the Big Three sub-brands raise prices, the others aren\u2019t far behind. But at least for now, Rogers\u2019 Fido and Telus\u2019 Koodo are still offering cheaper options.<\/p>\n Both Fido<\/a> and Koodo<\/a> currently have plans matching the old Virgin pricing (e.g. $45\/60GB). However, Fido lists its plans as ending on July 3, while Koodo lists them as ending on July 6. So, you\u2019ll need to move quickly if you want to pick up one of these plans.<\/p>\n But, there are better options as well.\u00a0Public Mobile<\/a> (also owned by Telus<\/a>) currently has a $45\/150GB unlimited Canada\/US\/Mexico plan<\/a> (though it\u2019s also set to end on July 6). Freedom Mobile<\/a>, meanwhile, has $40\/75GB and $45\/100GB plans that include Canada\/U.S.\/Mexico usage, roaming in over 120 destinations, and more.<\/p>\n
