The project produced multiple hits, including a pair of top 40 successes on the Billboard Hot 100 in “You Look Like You Love Me,” one of multiple collaborations with Riley Green, and her own “Weren’t for the Wind.”

Her latest era, centered around her album Dandelion, has helped turn her from a country favorite into a certified musical superstar in America. Dandelion’s lead single, “Choosin’ Texas,” is perhaps the biggest song in the nation so far in 2026, and second promotional cut “Be Her” has also turned out to be an astonishingly popular country cut. This week, “Be Her” debuts on one roster that Langley is still fairly unfamiliar with, and it turns out to be a very special hit.

Ella Langley Debuts “Be Her” on a Pop Radio Chart

“Be Her” launches on this week’s Adult Contemporary chart. The roster is one of three that focus on what’s being played on radio stations that focus on pop music, along with the Pop Airplay and Adult Pop Airplay rundowns. This frame, “Be Her” opens at No. 24.

Ella Langley Doubles Her Career Hits

Langley doubles her total career placements on the Adult Contemporary chart as “Be Her” arrives. She first landed on the ranking – perhaps the slowest-moving of all Billboard tallies – in February of this year with “Choosin’ Texas.” That track has now spent 19 weeks on the register, and in May, it gave the singer her first top 10 hit as it peaked at No. 10. “Choosin’ Texas” does not land far behind its all-time high, as it holds at No. 11 for another stint.

“Be Her” Earns the Top Debut This Week

Only three songs debut on the Adult Contemporary chart this week, with arrivals filling 10% of the 30 available spaces. Langley scores the loftiest of the trio. “Be Her” beats “Somewhere in the Night” by The Grimm and “Disco Star” by the Village People. Sadly, that latter group earns a new radio hit in America at nearly the same time that frontman and co-founding member Victor Willis passed away.

The two lowest-ranking tunes this week, Alex Warren’s “Fever Dream” and Ariana Grande’s “Hate That I Made You Love Me,” reenter the roster, settling at Nos. 29 and 30, respectively.

“Be Her” Has Missed Every Other Pop Chart

Notably, of the three pop radio charts Billboard publishes each week, “Be Her” has only reached one. “Choosin’ Texas” became a smash on the Pop Airplay, Adult Pop Airplay and Adult Contemporary rankings, but “Be Her” seems like it is being pushed solely to the format that focuses on a more laid-back, mature sound. If “Be Her” can continue to perform well, it may soon land on the other two, or perhaps it will remain an adult contemporary and country-only win.

“Be Her” Reaches a New High on One Global Ranking

As “Be Her” debuts on the Adult Contemporary chart, the Dandelion single also finds its way to a new peak on one additional roster. On the Billboard Global 200, the track lifts from No. 37 to No. 27. It stands as the singer’s second highest-rising smash, behind “Choosin’ Texas,” which peaked at No. 5. Langley’s “I Can’t Love You Anymore,” a collaboration with Morgan Wallen, launched at No. 30 back in May, and remains her third and only other top 40 hit.

ForbesElla Langley Grabs A Historic Feat From Harry StylesBy Hugh McIntyre

Ella Langley’s “Be Her” debuts on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart, doubling her career total as “Choosin’ Texas” nearly…

[28
276210,252705,49,48,132032,276213,276211,276212,252707,252706,252708,276214,75,341
post-780006","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-music","tag-adult-contemporary","tag-be-her","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-ella-langley","tag-ella-langley-be-her-billboard","tag-ella-langley-be-her-charts","tag-ella-langley-be-her-radio","tag-ella-langley-billboard","tag-ella-langley-charts","tag-ella-langley-forbes","tag-ella-langley-new-single","tag-entertainment","tag-music
["GET
