Security staff intervened again and a guard was stabbed in the upper body before the youth ran away.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The security guard was taken to hospital in stable condition, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Patrol officers scoured the area looking for the youth, with help from officials with the police force&#8217;s tactical support team, canine and drone units.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A 16-year-old boy was identified as the suspect in the stabbing. Police arrested him at a home in Osborne Village.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He has been charged with assault with a weapon and two counts of failing to comply with a sentence, police said. He was detained in custody. <\/p>\n<p>During the search following the stabbing,  police also found an 18-year-old man hiding. He was taken into custody and a knife was seized, police said.
