Seattle Mariners right fielder Victor Robles was ejected from Sunday\u2019s Triple-A Tacoma rehab game after he threw his bat at the pitcher, who ran a fastball up and inside, nearly hitting him.<\/p>\n
Robles, 28, whose recovering from a shoulder injury, was at the plate for his second at-bat in the third inning against Las Vegas Aviators pitcher Joey Estes when he lost his cool, as shown in a clip posted on X by Jomboy Media.<\/a> Robles is playing with the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers as part of his rehab assignment.<\/p>\n Estes threw a fast ball up-and-inside at Robles, nearly clipping him on his right shoulder.<\/p>\n Robles swung at the pitch in apparent self-defense, fouling it off.
