\nThe Board of Directors of Sault Area Hospital (SAH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Murray Doucette as the next President and Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n
Murray is a senior health-care executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience across provincial health systems, academic health centres, long\u2011term care organizations, and public\u2011sector institutions.<\/p>\n
He is recognized for his people\u2011centred leadership style, strong partnership\u2011building skills, and commitment to transparency, accountability, and organizational excellence.<\/p>\n
\u201cMurray brings the experience, values, and leadership approach that align strongly with SAH\u2019s mission and the needs of our community,\u201d said Mark Lepore, Board Chair.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis focus on learning the system, understanding the community, and advancing SAH\u2019s strategic plan will support a smooth and thoughtful transition,” Lepore said.<\/p>\n

Murray\u2019s anticipated start date is Sept. 9, 2026.<\/p>\n
